Exhibitions: Alexander the Great: Tracing His Path 2300 Years Later - Book Presentation and Exhibition


The BA Alexandria and Mediterranean Research Center, in cooperation with the Consulate-General of Greece in Alexandria and the BA Art Exhibitions and Collections Department, organized a photography exhibition and book presentation for Alexander the Great: Tracing His Path 2,300 Years Later by Greek writer Dr. Simoni A. Zafiropoulou. The book traces Alexander the Great’s journey through Egypt, Persia, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, and Kabul 2,300 years later. It discusses the heritage he left behind in those locations and how he became a model of bravery, wisdom, and heroism.
