Registration Fees

* Student rates apply to undergraduates, fresh graduates (2010–2015) and postgraduates
   (Master's and PhD  Students).

  Registration fees include:

• Attendance of all conference sessions
• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks
• Visiting the BioFair@BioVisionAlexandria hosted by the Library
• A free Library tour (according to the scheduled tour hours)

 N.B:

•  No on-site registration is available.  
• Lunch is not covered by the registration fees.
• Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation, according to the Registration Cancellation Policy.
• The first 200 participants to register and pay will receive a copy of the" Colors of BioVisionAlexandria 2014" upon presentation of the receipt and confirmation email. (This is an exclusive offer and does not apply to group registration or special discounts)

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

Option 1: E-payment
Option 2: Cash: by buying the conference tickets from the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) ticket office located on Port Said Street, Alexandria, Egypt.

OR

Bank deposit: at any (CIB) Commercial International Bank-branch.
