The Great Hall
The Great Hall, the main auditorium, in a theater-style setting, can comfortably accommodate 1638 persons. It is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for international conferences, symposia, meetings, seminars, concerts, presentations and performances.
The Hall is divided into four levels with eight exits, four on each side.
The size of the stage is 20 x 21 meters. Behind the stage are ten backstage dressing rooms for the performers.
The Great Hall is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual devices providing services such as video conferencing, film presentations, and a cinema screen.
The Small Theater
The Small Theater, with an area of 350 m2, accommodates 242 guests. This hall is also in a theater-style setting with armchairs and folding tables. It is fully air-conditioned, and fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual devices providing services such as video conferencing, a sound system and audio-visual material . It can host smaller conferences, seminars ,theatrical plays and chamber music.
The Delegates Hall
The accommodation capacity of the Delegates Hall is 106 seats and tables. Each table is equipped with a power plug, a data show cable, a sound cable, a voting system, an internet connection, simultaneous interpretation head phones, a flag, and a microphone. The Hall is fully air-conditioned and can host delegates conferences. It has access to the VIP Meeting Room equipped with 2 plasma screens.
The Lecture Hall
The Lectures Hall is in a theater-style setting with armchairs with folding tables. It has the capacity for accommodating 270 persons. It is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for international conferences, symposia, lectures, seminars and presentations.
Seminar Rooms
There are five seminar rooms in the Conference Center, and one seminar room in the main Library building.
The Auditorium
The Auditorium is on the left in the Hall of Fame, in the main lobby of the Library building. It accommodates 99 guests. The Auditorium has an elevated stage with a large screen for film presentation. It is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for small conferences, symposia, meetings, seminars and presentations.
Multipurpose Hall
The Multipurpose Hall is located on the second floor in the BACC building. It can be arranged in different settings: U-shape, round table, banquet, and classroom. It accommodates up to 150 persons as in a classroom. It is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for international conferences, symposia, meetings, seminars and presentations.
The VIP Area
The VIP Lounge and the VIP Meeting Room each have the capacity to accomodate up to 22 guests. They are located close to the main entrance of the BACC. The VIP meeting room is fully equipped for official meetings, video conferences and press conferences.
Floating Rooms
The Floating Rooms are located on F3 and F4, each with an area of 246.5 square meters. These two rooms can be configured as a triangle shape accommodating 35 persons respectively. It is suitable for small conferences, symposia, meetings, seminars, trainings, and presentations.
The Nobel section
The Nobel section is located on the 3rd floor. It is dedicated to serve scholars and researchers . It comprises the Nobel room shaped as a round table for 18 persons, the Gad Rausing auditorium shaped as a classroom for 65 persons, and the Soderberg lounge. They are furnished with a replica of the furniture and lighting designed especially for the Nobel Institute in Stockholm (opened in 1918) and for the meeting room of the Swedish cabinet.
