Who is eligible ?
Users of the
Taha Hussein Library are
divided into four groups. Each group is provided with the most
updated equipment to meet their needs.
- The totally blind
- The partially blind They have to submit a medical or governmental certificate in order to
obtain a BA membership card and to access Taha Hussein Library
- The deaf and blind
- Others: People with reading disabilities, whose physical condition prevent
them from reading standard printed material
