The Auditorium

It is on the left in the Hall of Fame, the main lobby of the Library building. It accommodates 99 guests. The Auditorium has an elevated stage with a large screen for film presentation. It is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for Small conferences, symposia, meetings, seminars and presentations.

Multipurpose Hall

Located in the second floor in the BACC building .It has a different setting, such as workshop, U shape, round table, Banquet and class room. The capacity of accommodating 200 persons as a class room. It is fully air-conditioned and is suitable for international conferences, symposia, meetings, seminars and presentations.

VIP Area

The VIP Lounge and the VIP Meeting Room have each the capacity of accommodating up to 22 uests. They are located close to the main entrance of BACC. The VIP meeting room is fully equipped for official meeting, video conference and press conferences,

Floating Room

In F3 and F4, each with an area of 246.5 sq.m. These two rooms can be configured as triangle shape accommodating 35 respectively. It is suitable for Small conferences, symposia, meetings, seminars, trainings, and presentations.

The Nobel Section

Is located on the 3rd floor. It is dedicated to serve scholars and researchers . The Nobel section comprises the Nobel room shaped as round table for 18 persons, the Gad rausing auditorium shaped as class room for 65 persons and Soderberg lounge. they are furnished with a replica of the furniture and lighting designed specially for the Nobel institute in stockholm (opened in 1918) and for the meeting room of the swedish cabinet. the furniture at the BA was manufactured in cherry wood to the exact specifications the initial designs, though the computer stands outside are based on sonnets furniture designs for the BA.
