The Chouala Association for Education and Culture is a national association of public utility, established in 1975. It comprises 95 sections, and 14 regions, across Morocco. The Association supports the education and training of children and youth by addressing all their business rights, national values and human rights.


Support to Higher Education


Chouala Supports higher education, mainly through three training progams: Training of Trainers, Training of Teachers, and Youth University Programs.
Type of Support
1. Training of Trainers Program: This program is organized on an irregular basis for the association members, as well as its partners. 2. Training of Teachers Program: This program is organized as part of Chouala’s Spring program where it provides training to the Moroccan Public School teachers. The duration of the training varies according to the program.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be of Moroccan nationality. Also the area of study should be relevant to the training program.

Additional Information
Chouala carries out a number of activities that aims at supporting youth, such as the organization of cultural meetings, conferences, festivals, seminars, cinematographic activities, theater, and music. The Association also sets up partnerships with ministries, national and international organizations, to design development programs in the educational, social and environmental fields.

In addition, Chouala organizes vacation camps for youth, inside and outside Morocco, beside strengthening the connections with organizations working in the same framework in Morocco and abroad.
