Call for Posters

Projects and new approaches to the conference topic may be presented during the conference. An area on the conference premises has been designed for the presentation of posters giving information on projects or activities of Egyptian libraries or other organisations aiming at free access to information.

Poster sessions are a combination of content and appearance. The content must be interesting, professional, and appealing to a broad audience. The appearance of the posters should be attractive, with a combination of graphics, photographs, and text.

Deadline for applications: 15th September 2008

There will be 3 awards for the best applications chosen by a jury (FAIFE, Bibliotheca Alexandrina and Goethe-Institut Kairo). The awards consist of grants covering the full costs of travelling to Alexandria, accommodation and conference fee.
