Biography:

Dr. El-Masry has a rich academic and technical experiences, he worked as a teaching assistant, an assistant lecturer and a research assistant in both the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) and the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA. As a technical engineer, he contributes in the construction of the infrastructure (geotechnical works) and the superstructure of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
