Biography:

In her academic career, she is a Lecturer of Pediatrics at the National Research Center of Egypt. She joined the private sector as a student at the Faculty of Medicine. Within few years she established a company for Medical equipment with more than 30 brands. She soon realized the need for an organization targeting Economic Women Empowerment & Promotion of Young Women in Entrepreneurship. As a result, she established the Egyptian Business women association in 1995 with the objectives of promoting young generations of Women Entrepreneurs and providing guidance for women business owners of Small & Medium enterprises. The organization also supports the gender mainstreaming in the Global Market. From her belief that financial independence for women gives them the Power of Choice & Voice, she directed her activities toward Economic Women Empowerment, Capacity Building, Development of Human Resources and stress on equal opportunity for girls and women for education & training and promotion o
