The Planetarium Science Center (PSC) cordially invites you to participate in the “Environment Day”, on Monday, the 8th of October 2012, from 9 am to 4.30 pm, at the BA Plaza. The event aims at raising public awareness of the importance of preserving the our environment. The event comprises a diversity of interactive scientific and cultural activities, designed to suit different ages and social backgrounds, and presented inside the gigantic tent on the BA Plaza.
The “Environment Day” is a part of the PSC 10th Anniversary celebration; 10 Years of Science Communication. The celebration encompasses a series of events and activities held throughout the months of July till October 2012, aiming to crown the PSC’s successes along the past years. “10 Years of Science Communication” invites school and university students, along with their families to participate in the educational-entertaining activities, and welcomes all attendees to share our joy of the past achievements, and enthusiasm for the future aspirations, presented through this series of interactive events.
