Abstract:
This report discusses how SNV strengthens the capacity of Isiolo Water and Sewerage Company (IWASCO) to: 1) become efficient and effective in service delivery to ensure that semiurban and poor communities in Isiolo town have access to clean water and sanitation through environmentally sustainable services; 2) to participate, coordinate, harmonise and influence development initiatives in Isiolo district and thus contribute to Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 1 and 7.
