Abstract:
Would it be it possible to help to reduce poverty levels in Bolivia through appropriate and equitable use of ICT? The answer is yes. New technologies represent an important opportunity for the country's development, as demonstrated by the experiences of TiCBolivia National program, which has been supported mostly by IICD. This is a Summary Learning report from the Bolivia Country Programme about the impact of the country programme in Bolivia (2009).
