500 g pasta of choice

Salted water for cooking pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped

¼ cup parsley, finely chopped

Parmesan cheese, grated

-   Cook pasta in salted water to al dente.

-   Measure olive oil in a large sauté pan and place over medium heat.

-   Add garlic and chili and sauté them until garlic is golden.

-   Add pasta and parsley to sauté pan and toss to coat.

-   Spoon into a serving platter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
