Chocolate Mint Fondue

500 g semi sweet chocolate, cut into small pieces

400 g corn syrup

½ cup cream

2 – 3 tbsp crème de menthe

Strawberries

Bananas

Marshmallows

Ladies’ fingers

-   Melt chocolate over a bain-marie

-    Mix in corn syrup and cream and stir to blend.

-   Pour into a fondue pot then add crème de menthe.

-   Skewer dippers (except ladies’ fingers) and dip into fondue pot to coat with chocolate.
