1 kg potatoes, boiled with skin

30 g butter

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

½ cup cream

-   Peel potatoes then grate them

-   Melt butter in a skillet then add potatoes pressing down and cook over medium heat.

-   Sprinkle with salt and pepper then add cream.

-   Continue cooking until golden brown on one side then flip to brown other side.

-   Serve hot.
