Beef Fondue

Oil

1 kg beef tenderloin, cut into ½ inch cubes

-   Fill a fondue pot with oil and heat it.

-   When oil is hot, place beef cubes onto skewers and dip in oil to cook.

-   Smother with dip of choice, e.g. cheese dip, onion dip, artichoke dip, etc.
