OCLC has introduced a new version of the CONTENTdm digital collection management platform that empowers libraries, archives, and museums to make their unique digital collections more visible, accessible, and connected.
For more than 20 years, CONTENTdm has been helping libraries share their unique digital collections online. The platform has been completely redesigned, in close collaboration with users, to meet digital collection management needs today and into the future. The new CONTENTdm is now available in the United States and will be available in other regions in the coming months.
"CONTENTdm helps institutions make their collections easier to find and explore without asking more of their staff," said Mary Sauer-Games, OCLC Chief Product Officer. "The libraries piloting this version provided valuable feedback that helped shape improvements to the technology and metadata. We’re excited to share what we’ve built with them."
