RDA Linked Data Forum at the ALA Annual Conference
The RDA Toolkit and the RDA Steering Committee (RSC) will host two events at the ALA Annual Conference, held in Chicago; one of which is the RDA Linked Data Forum that will take place on 26 June 2017.
The RDA Registry has developed to be a functioning data model for RDA following the developments carried out over the past year. That model can operate linked data applications. There will be presentations in the forum by Gordon Dunsire, Chair of the RDA Steering Committee; and Diane Hillmann of Metadata Management Associates, describing the growing infrastructure of the RDA and its repositioning to fit in a linked data environment. A Q&A session would follow the presentations.
