Introduction
مؤتمرالإصـلاح العربـي 2004: الـرؤية والتنفيـذ The First Arab Reform Conference: Vision and Implementation recommended the establishment of this

website.
The Conference was held at the Library of Alexandria under the auspices of President Hosni Mubarak, and in cooperation with the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, the Arab Business Council, the Arab Women’s Organization, the Economic Research Forum, and the Arab Organization for Human Rights.

Objectives
The Forum aims at spreading a total Arab reform vision, elaborated by the Conference, in addition to creating a network of reform enthusiasts in the Arab world.

YES Alexandria 2007
26–30 August

The YES Alexandria 2007 is a mid-Campaign event organized primarily for the leaders and members of the over 80 YES country networks and other key stakeholders from across the world. It seeks to bring together a (relatively) small group of around 150 delegates, build their capacities and support them to develop strategy and programs the sectors identified are: Information and Communication Technology (ICT), integrated rural businesses, and youth employment in infrastructure development through Public-Private Partnerships.

Alexandria Declaration, March 2004:
The Document elaborated the inherent Arab vision of Arab reform issues and its priorities. The Declaration includes several panels:

Political Reform Conference 2005

The Second Conference on Arab Reform was held at the Library of Alexandria, from 13-15 March 2005, under the title Successful Models. The Conference presented, in detail, successful models of civil societies in the Arab world. There were more than 400 models from more than 120 Arab associations.
