"Research Essentials, Advanced Technical Writing, and the Art of Debates" Workshop
In continuation of its role in promoting science and technology in the region, the Center for Special Studies and Programs (CSSP) in collaboration with The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), organized the "Research Essentials, Advanced Technical Writing, and the Art of Debates" workshop as part of the Visiting Scholar Program (VSP).

The two-day workshop titled "Research Essentials, Advanced Technical Writing, and the Art of Debates" aimed to provide participating young researchers with the required skills to research, write technical reports, and present and debate research results.

The lecture was given by Professor Mohamed A. El-Sharkawi, Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Washington, USA.

The workshop covered many topics of benefit to researchers, including the following:
  • Technical papers and scientific report writing
  • Research methodology
  • Research planning and management
  • Citation and data analysis
  • The art of debates
Seats were limited to 30, and priority was given to the first 30 payments.
