Khaled Zanoun is a journalist. He is Director of Bank AlAfkar, and author of the book Bank of New Ideas � Part I. He is founder of Bank of New Ideas and Ministry of New Ideas. He is owner of the scientific invention of colored car tires, the first of its kind in the world, and owner of the scientific invention of electronic plates for reading newspapers in public squares. He received the Stars of Science Certificate for the best 100 inventors in the world.
