This lecture is organized by the BA History Unit at the Main Library Department to spread awareness concerning the preservation of Egyptian architectural and cultural heritage and inform the public of the damage that has befallen Egyptian antiquities over the last few years. The lecture will include simultaneous sign-language interpretation for the deaf and hard of hearing.

The lecture will be delivered by Monica Hanna, PhD holder in Egyptian antiquities and member of Egypt's Heritage Task Force.
