Dr. Serageldin Participates in the European Peace Conference in Sarajevo

Dr. Ismail Serageldin participated in a conference titled European Peace: What is the Recipe for a strong Union for All?, which was held on 22 and 23 November in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The conference focused on exploring the means to combat the challenges facing European countries and other neighboring countries. Numerous prominent figures from around the world participated in the conference, including several former presidents, heads of state, and ministers, as well as internationally acclaimed scientists and experts.

The conference participants discussed the future of European peace, focusing on the Balkan experience in achieving peace, the future of cultural pluralism in light of the influx of immigrants to Europe, as well as the new political developments that affect the ability of European countries to maintain their identity and their role in the World Peace Project.

The conference also tackled a number of topics, including the Dayton Agreement for Peace 20 years later, the future of the Balkan countries, and the restoration of cultural pluralism in Europe. Additionally, the participants discussed the American presidential elections and its impact on Europe.
