Call for Application: The BA through Photographers’ Lenses Exhibition

The BA Art Exhibitions and Collections Department is announcing a call for application to participate in its “The BA through Photographers’ Lenses” exhibition, which is set to be held from 3 to 26 August 2017.
Alexandria in general and the BA in particular have both been photographed by numerous people for different reasons and using a variety of techniques. In this exhibition, participants will be expected to present a wide range of said techniques manifested in their personal or professional photographers.
The exhibition will take place concurrently with this year’s World Photography Day, as various international organizations celebrate the art of photography in August each year. Thus, a number of photographers will be chosen to display their artistic experiences in this context.
The call for application is open to amateur and professional Egyptian photographers who are at least 16 years old. Application deadline is on 31 May 2017.
