Dr. Elfeki Inaugurates the 7th Arab-American Symposium for Science, Medicine and Engineering

Dr. Moustafa Elfeki, Director of the BA, inaugurated the 7th Arab-American Symposium for Science, Medicine and Engineering, which was held in partnership between the BA and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
Dr. Elfeki asserted the importance of science in the development of nations, especially in the Arab region that witnesses high levels of poverty and violence in some of its countries. He said that young people’s creative energy should be looked after in order to thrive and achieve remarkable scientific contributions.
The symposium includes 100 young scientists, engineers and medical professionals from the United States and 10 Arab countries.
