The Third Round of “Heritage Days”

The BA, in cooperation with le Centre d'Etudes Alexandrines (CEAlex), l'Institut Français d’Égypte à Alexandrie, Sofitel Hotel, Alexandria National Mueseum, and El Cabina, holds the third round of “Heritage Days”, a series of events aiming at raising public awareness about the Alexandrian heritage, from 5 to 12 December 2013.
In this context, the BA Francophone Library hosts on 8 December a lecture by Tour Guide Al-Zahraa Adel Awad on writers who lived in Alexandria, and on 9 December another lecture on El-Morsi Abu El-Abbas mosque by Dr. Islam Assem Abd El-Karim.
From 10 to 12 December, a poetry workshop will also be held entitled “In the Footsteps of Cavafy”.
