IC Meeting, Feb. 1990 in Aswan

The first meeting was held in February, 1990 in Aswan, and was attended by royalty, heads of states and dignitaries from all over the world.

H.E. President Mubarak, through his personal contacts with some of the members, was able to receive donations totaling US$ 65 million towards the library project.
