Heading Search Tutorial

In the heading search there are three data format : All Words, Phrase, Exact Match.
The search results for the “All Words” option are the records that include the search term despite of their sequence in the title.

When you use the “Phrase” option the search results are the records that include the search term with the same order as a phrase despite of their order in the result.

When you use the “Exact Match” option the search results are the records that include the search term in the same order as the phrase especially at the beginning of the title.

There are three search heading types (Title, author and subject).
You use the “Subject” option when you want some material about exact subject.

The “Author” option is used when you know the name of writer. If you are uncertain about the author ’s family name, the OPAC search will give you many names to choose from.
