Among the activities also adopted by the PSC are Field trips and Camps; their main objective is to get the children out of the classroom and into nature to experience and study the diversity of life directly. One of the camps targets Elfayoum, a unique example of environmental and cultural diversity. It aims to develop the students thinking skills, scientific problem-solving, and teamwork, which are cornerstone values for building Egyptian future leaders and researchers. Another camp targets Elbahareya Oasis where young students get to interact with the environment of the West Desert and identify patterns of wildlife and bird migration.
