Influenza A (H1N1), from Prevention to Treatment
08 July 2010

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina gladly hosts Mr. Hakim Fouad Hakim, who will be giving a lecture under the title "Influenza A (H1N1), from Prevention to Treatment", on 8 July 2010, at the BA Conference Center Great Hall.

Swine flu is a nightmare that threatens our society. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that by 2011, one third of the world's population will have suffered from Swine Flu (H1N1). Anyone who spends time in public places such as schools, supermarkets, mosques or churches, movie theaters, public transportation, etc. is at risk of catching it, no matter what is done to prevent it. As a result, we should prepare ourselves in order to better deal with it and ensure quick recovery.
