The minimum number of persons for running a show is 5 persons.
(10 Persons for running the Stars show)
Arrival should be 15 minutes before the scheduled show time.
Tickets for non-Egyptians are EGP 25.
For Egyptians, an additional EGP 5 is required for English headphones.

Reservations are to be made at least two weeks in advance.
Confirmation by paying a 50% deposit is to be made at least four days before the visit.
Cancellation has to be made at least 2 days before the show; otherwise deposits will not be refunded.
Arrival should be 30 minutes before the show; otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded.
Shows can be run in English instead of Arabic but not for a reservation of less than 80 persons.

Notes:

Every group of 25 to 80 persons is entitled to two additional free tickets.
Every group of more than 80 persons is entitled to three additional free tickets.

Requests for shows outside the scheduled show times should adhere to the following:

The entire planetarium theater should be reserved in advance for video panorama, live or laser shows.
Half the planetarium theater should be reserved in case of IMAX shows.
An additional EGP 5 will be added to the price of each ticket.
The reserved show can be changed but only to a higher category and not vice versa.
