Abstract:
An innovative cluster based strategy – “Mobile Teaching” was introduced in May 2008 to respond to problems related to teacher shortages and poor quality of teaching which affected performance of Primary Education sub-sector in Tanzania. This report discusses the mobile teaching strategy.
