Abstract:
From April 2007, SNV (through the services of Link Community Development – a local capacity builder) working with and through Mbale district local government began the implementation of the school education quality improvement programme (SEQUIP) in two sub counties and focusing on two schools. SEQUIP is a community focused intervention whose overall goal is to provoke and sustain community interest in education. This report discusses the intervention.
