Role of church animators:
In order to assure community participation for the continuity of activities after this project has come to an end, each FBO will identify dedicated members who reside permanently in the village and are recognized leaders in the FBO who can read and write. These 324 people, that is, 130 in Menchum and 194 in Donga-Mantung will be trained to assist the pastors in sermons and ensure that all FBO members are interviewed during the pre- and post-tests. They shall also display cards and present interludes on HIV/AIDS prevention.
Role of local health staff
:
They will advise FBOs on HIV/AIDS prevention, care and mitigation.

Role of local NGOs
The local NGOs will assist in the training of interviewers, promoters, animators, etc. Their workers understand the local dialects very well and will assist in community mobilization, social marketing and communication problems.
Role of FBO groups

- Mobilize and sensitize different FBO branches and members in the sub-divisions and divisions.
Role of FBOs leaders

- will be trained to give sermons with information on HIV/AIDS prevention, care and mitigation and other STIs.
- Supervise FBO associations such as AIDS clubs, etc. under their care.
Role of supervisors

- Two supervisors (one for each division) will supervise the work by moving from village-to- village in FBOs to ensure that every body is doing his job well and that the methods outlined are followed. He will do all the follow-up and evaluate the work.
