The main objectives of this lecture are to make review of assessed risks for selected SEE countries – Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro (by alphabetical order) and their common vulnerabilities; to review existing capacities; and to identify needs, means of cooperation, education and training and investment priorities to promote preparedness and to upgrade emergency response capabilities. |
