Materials were analyzed by dispersion, regression and correlation methods.

The results of the analyses bear witness that causes of increase of breast cancer may be

- hormonal dysfunction

- air pollution

- lifestyle

- stress

- iodine deficiency

This study found that mortality from breast cancer among the woman who live in cities in 70% higher than the women who live in villages. There are more single women live in the cities then in villages. Besides, the level of air pollution in the cities (especially in Yerevan) is higher than in villages of Armenia. The relation between the risk of mortality from breast cancer and the dose of air pollution is still being explored.
