An important problem that we have observed in the practice is that when introducing health programs and communication for health in a community are not made as soon as it should be; instead of this, it begins when people already have a negative and unhealthy behaviour or they have high risk of health problems. Bbefore the children adopt negative habits, they should be applauded by their current behaviours, that is to say, not to make those things. These are the parents normal responsibilities, although it don't always happen and therefore this would be a goal of social marketing in health whose purpose is to teach to the children appropriate behaviours. although it is not transmitted toward them the messages in the same way.
