- This event will take place 20-24 October 2007.
- Participation in this meeting is by invitation only and is limited to a maximum of 60 participants.
- Deadline for Registration is 31 July 2007.
- Participants will be able to give presentations using either transparencies or PowerPoint; participants are requested to specify the means of presentation while submitting the abstract.

In the case of PowerPoint presentations, the presentation's digital files are, either:

a) sent ahead of time, via email or internet,

b) handed on CD or Flash memory, on the day of the event, at the conference's assigned information desk at the BACC, or

c) run from the participant's own notebook.

The speakers for the Morning Session of 20 October 2007 are requested to arrive before 9:00 am at the BACC for the preparation of the presentations.

- There will be no parallel sessions; depending on the number of participants, sessions will be organized into three to four consecutive reviews of related principal topics, followed by a forum discussion.

- A poster viewing area will be assigned, upon request, for additional presentations on specific topics related to the forum discussions.
