The Advisors for Special Projects Office organized the Arab Environmental Youth Convention during the period of 27-31 August 2007, to discuss different environmental problems in the Arab countries.

After following the distant learning course: Program of Preventative Environmental Management given in Arabic via Internet and identifying and studying environmental problems, 200 youth with their teachers, from different Arab countries, such as Emirates, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iraq and Jordan were invited to participate in the First Arab Environmental Youth Convention.

As youth are the highest category affected by the consequences of current environmental problems. The advisors for special projects unit organized the Second Arab Environmental Youth Convention during the period of 25-28 October 2009 to discuss different environmental problem in the Arab countries . This conference is a continuation of the Arab Environmental Youth Convention serious starting in 2007 and it is held every odd year.

The BA advisors for special project organized the Third Arab Environmental Youth Convention during the period of 19-20  February 2012.

The YESBU program organizes the World Environment Day seminar, on 1 July 2012 . This seminar will discuss problems in the following environmental fields: Water- Climate change- Ozone- Energy and Wastes. Also youth will present  solution for these environmental problems.

YESBU program organizes a  two days conference " Sketch your Future" on 11 and 12 July 2012. It is  being held for the sixth time and it  will focus on displaying and demonstrating the various differences between school and the university systems.

The conference will bring many representatives from different faculties in order to give a good idea regarding their respective facilities. This is intended to give school students a good idea of what they will study in the college of their choice.

With the participation of hundreds of students, the events of the world environment day ended on the 1^st of July 2012.

Ending of the activities of Sketch your Future Conference that was held on the 11th and 12th of July 2012 in the great hall with the attendance of 1700 student. And in the conference abrief about each college was given.

Youth for Enviromental sustainability and better Understanding celebrates its 10 anniversary on saturday 10 November 2012. The festivity will start in the plaza followed by movies and sessions about the achivemnets of the program and its youth.
