Call for application: A Training Course on the “Resources and Techniques of Assembling Scientific Material in Political Science”

The BA Center for Strategic Studies is announcing a call for participation for the training course “Resources and Techniques of Assembling Scientific Material in Political Science”, which is part of the series “Building Research Capacities” organized by the Center. The course is held on 17 and 18 February 2020, in the BACC Meeting Room (E), and highlights the important phase of the scientific research that involves the identification of resource materials and how to access them, depending on the specific subject matter at hand. The session focuses on areas of research related to political science, such as Political Sociology, International Law, Strategic Studies, and International Law, among others.

The course targets students and postgraduate researchers specialized in political science. Priority will be given to students and researchers from Alexandria and nearby towns and villages.

Number of participants: 10 – 15 researchers (with a maximum number of 20 researchers)

The course is free, with a certificate handed out to those who attend the full session (2 days at the BA).

Number of hours: 14 – 16 hours.

A number of readings will be sent to the participants before the beginning of the course.

Registration is open from 25 January to 6 February 2020. Accepted applicants will be contacted by 10 February 2020.
