Summer Program 2020
28 September 2020 - 17 October 2020

The PSC is inviting all school students of ages 6-15 years to join the Summer Program, starting from the 28th  of September till the 17th  of October 2020.

The program includes various activities, such as practical experiments, scientific contests. The purpose of this program is to emphasize the bond between students and learning by approaching knowledge through fun and games.
Online registration will open on the following link http://www.bibalex.org/psc/summerprogram, on Thursday, 24th of September 2020, 9.00 am,  till all places are reserved. (Limited number is available due to COVID-19 circumstances.

Required Documents

  • A recent photograph of the participant
  • A copy of the electronic birth certificate

Registration fee should be paid on the same day of registration, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Information Desk, at the entrance to the ALEXploratorium, at the Planetarium Science Center, at the BA.
Places are limited, and reservation will be made with the priority of registering.

Astronomy Program
Astronomy is one of the oldest sciences in the world. The study of astronomy involves all of the objects outside Earth's atmosphere. These include the sun, Moon, planets, stars, galaxies, and all other matter in the universe. People known as astronomers have studied these objects for thousands of years.

Explore Your Body Program
All About the Human Body, we will take a ride through the human body where you can visit the right and left sides of the brain, blood system, follow food and water through the digestive tract, and more!

Arduino Program
This course is designed to introduce the basic principles of electrical engineering to the students and expose them to the electronics and computer laboratory environment. This course is based on the Arduino microcontroller. The Arduino is a small computer that you can program it to read information from the world around you and send commands to the outside world. All of this is possible because you can connect several devices and components to the Arduino to do. what you will do in this course is  to design, make and program several electronics circuits.
