The annual conference of ECSIT, the European Network of Science Centers and Museums, is one of the most prominent meetings of science communication professionals in Europe, bringing together 1000 professionals in the field from all over the world. It is an experience exchange forum facilitating cooperation in science popularization for over 400 member institutions in 50 countries.
Since 2004, the Planetarium Science Center at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina has been a member in this prestigious association. This year, Eng. Ayman Elsayed, Deputy Director of the PSC, is attending the 22nd edition of this prestigious conference, which is hosted by the Copernicus Science Centre, Warsaw, Poland in the period from 26-28 May.
