Heba Hammam was graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Assiut University; she received a high degree with honors. She also obtained a diploma in Clinical Pharmacy and Hospital Management from the Alexandria University. She is a Pharmacist, Medical Translator, and Content Writer, who has written several articles in health, nutrition, sociology, and physics. She loves to write, and adores Arabic. She also seeks to communicate science in sound Arabic, and an easy and simplified style.

Hossam graduated from the Faculty of Science, Alexandria University. He worked for three years as a science animator at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Planetarium Science Center, where he managed several scientific programs, most notably the “Planetarium Space School” and “Face your Fears” programs. Currently, Hossam is a Training Manager for an international mobile phones company and is a lecturer for several scientific and specialized training centers in Alexandria and Cairo.

Inas is a journalist, editor, short story writer, and poet. She studied journalism at the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, and started working in journalism in 2008. Writing is her passion; she writes in many fields, but topics related to psychology are her favorite. Her articles, stories, and poems have been published in print and online. She has been working also as a content developer since 2015.

Jailane Salem graduated from the English Department, Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University, in 2010. Since her graduation, she has been an English Instructor at various institutions. She is also a freelance editor for SCIplanet since 2010. Many of her articles reflect her interest in geographical and environmental issues.

Lamia is a “jack-of-all-trades” working to master one. She is a Chemical Engineer, with a passion for writing and science. She believes in the power of the written word. As a fulltime mom to one of the world’s busiest little girls, she has developed multi-tasking superpowers to keep up, juggling her Master's in Chemical Engineering, while part-timing for Google and writing scientific articles for pleasure. In her free time, she keeps busy devouring books and lifting weights, often simultaneously.

Mariam Elsayed graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Alexandria University, and obtained a Diploma in Animal Surgery and Anesthesia. Studying surgery is one of her interests, and she discovered her passion for writing when she joined SCIplanet team in 2016. Her favorite writing topics are medicine, surgery, biology, pharmacology, food safety, veterinary medicine, and animal behavior. She believes that writing gives one a chance to spread knowledge, simplify complicated scientific topics, and answer some of the readers’ questions.
