Abstract:
This report is an analysis of and reflection on Dutch development policy since Minister Pronk, carried out within the framework of the conference “Understanding Development Better”. This conference was organised by the Management for Development Foundation (MDF), Vice Versa and the Institute of Social Studies (IIS), in the framework of the Development Policy Review Network (DPRN). Input for this report were the presentations and discussions during the conference and the policies of the Ministers Pronk, Herfkens, van Ardenne and Koenders.
