Biography:

Dr. Alaa received her PhD from Faculty of pharmacy, Alexandria University, Egypt in pharmaceutical microbiology (2010). She is Lecturer in pharmaceutical microbiology, faculty of pharmacy, Alexandria University and member of the Editorial Board of ?Infectious disorders-Drus targets? (November 2014 to date) also she is the Faculty of Pharmacy IT Unit manager (December 2015 to date)

Dr. Alaa acted as a reviewer of applications for the Egyptian Fulbright Student (AY 2013-2014 and 2014-2015) and Egyptian Fulbright Missions Programs (AY 2013-2014).

Dr. Alaa received Fulbright scholarship to conduct postdoctoral research at Loyola University Chicago for 9 months (September 2012- May 2013) and was BioVision.Nxt fellow, Lyon, France, 2011.
