Dr. Ahmed A. Hussein (1968) is a Professor of Biotechnology at the Biotechnology Department of Alexandria University. Associated Dean for Graduate Studies and Research and Acting-Dean of the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research, Alexandria University. Agence Universitaire de la Franchophonie fellow since 2005. Post-Doct at the National Center of Glycomics and Glycoproteomics (2006–2009), Indiana University, USA, and Senior Research Associate at Texas Tech University (2011–2020), Texas, USA. Author of 73 scientific manuscripts, has two chapters in the Encyclopedia of Analytical Chemistry and Molecular Biology Methods book, and two patents for theranostics of vaccine formulation and immunotherapy.
