Center for Special Studies and Programs (CSSP), a research center established in July 2003 in the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, aims to play a significant role in the progress of science and technology in Egypt. The CSSP will help researchers and scientists to get the best support needed to advance their work through international collaborations.

The Arab Network of Networks for Science and Technology (ANNST)

The ANNST Website was launched on 5 September 2010.The ANNST website

The ANNST aims at working in collaboration with existing organizations to support science and technology development in the Arab region.

The website has many sections that will give researchers valuable information about S&T projects, activities, news, forums and articles. In addition, through the S&T Yellow Pages, scientists will have access to 160 S&T organizations and universities in the Arab world.

 The organizing committee received 355 applications from different Arab countries. 40 Applicants were selected from Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Sudan, and Tunis. Priority was given to researchers who have publications and are currently working on  scientific researches in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
