The BA Center for Strategic Studies Publishes the 28th Issue of Awrak Series

The Center for Strategic Studies at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina has published the 28th issue of its publication series Awrak, which specializes in Futuristic Studies. The issue is entitled “Post-normal Times: A New Knowledge Model in Futuristic Studies.” It is written by Ziauddin Sardar and translated by Mohamed El-Arabi. The study, which consists of three chapters, presents a new vision of the change in contemporary world and the consequences of this change through putting forward a model to understand and explain the various futures that the contemporary world may lead.
