BA Theater Production Grant: Call for Applications

The BA Arts Center is announcing a call for applications for its Theater Production Grant for individual artists in Alexandria. This grant is offered in recognition of the importance of theatrical arts, and it aims to establish strong connections among theater experts in Alexandria, enabling them to present innovative, outstanding theatrical performances for Alexandrian audiences.
The grant amounts to EGP 20,000 for every show (the maximum is three shows). The selected shows will be presented on the BA stages from 1 September 2016 until 1 July 2017 (maximum five performances for each show).
The application deadline is Wednesday, 20 July 2016, and the selected shows will be announced via e-mail before Thursday, 1 September 2016.
