This project is a part of the BA Alexandria and Mediterranean Research Center (Alex Med) mission to identify, document, and raise awareness of Alexandrian endangered architectural heritage. It was generously sponsored by Luciano Moroni in 2005, and it focused on the documentation of four endangered buildings in Alexandria. The four selected buildings were: The Villa of Count Patrice de Zogheb, today Toshka School; the Sabil and Kutab of El-Kholi; Wekalat Toussoun; and the Villa Lutsato Pasha, today Belqes School. This project also aimed to teach young students and fresh graduates of architecture about important buildings and about various schools of architecture, and it aimed to train them by involving them in measuring and drawing the selected buildings.
